Bay Area Business Design

Bay Area Business Design curates’ top-notch products; however, should you receive an unsatisfactory item, you may return it, at your expense—unused and including all formats and original packaging—within 90 days (120 days for foreign addresses) of the original ship date from Bay Area Business Design. Please note: Bay Area Business Design does not accept partial returns on Best Buy items or Value Sets.

 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Due to processing and administrative costs, Bay Area Business Design does not routinely refund amounts under $50.00 without a written request. Other return policies or restrictions may apply.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

 

If you received an incorrect or damaged shipment you may return it within the stated period at the Association’s expense. Call Bay Area Business Design Product Sales at 415-818-2423 to obtain a Pre-authorization Postage Label.

 

Online Conferences

 

If, after purchasing an online conference, you are unable to attend, you may receive a full refund up to the week before the conference begins. Cancellations received after that point will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.

 

Cancellations will not be accepted after the conference begins.
